PROFILE

I am an attorney with Cohen, Garelick and Glazier in Indianapolis where I represent clients in the areas of estate planning and administration, business succession planning, probate litigation and individual and fiduciary taxation. I am certified as an Indiana Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board of Indiana. I served two terms on the Indiana Probate Code Study Commission under the appointment of Governors Frank O’Bannon and Joseph Kernan. I am a Fellow of the Indiana State Bar Foundation and a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. I received my juris doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1982 and my Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1979. I am admitted to practice law before the Indiana Supreme Court, United States District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana; United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. I am a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association and Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis.

I have been extremely involved as a volunteer for Indiana University is numerous capacities. One of my most fulfilling roles was serving as the National Chair of the Indiana University Alumni Association and having the great honor of meeting numerous IU alumni from around the world.
